It looks like a young Amish Indy. "Hey Indy grab your horse and buggy and lets chase that Crystal Skull!!"
I don't like being critical in situations like this because your portraits are usually so good (your Spielberg boarders on a photograph), but I think Indy's hat is too flat and he looks a bit like Dr. Teeth from the muppets.
Holy balls...I'm taking this down and changing it. I DID notice he looks Amish because he has no 5 o'clock shadow for a mustache. He looks like Dr. Teeth because his nose is big, but it's a cartoon! Bah! You two are pickier than a couple of divas.
